The rooms were tapped and clean. Swimmingpool was also clean over all a good experience.

Disappointing Stay – Definitely Not Worth ItWe had a really bad experience at SG Villa (2BHK, Lonavala). Right from the moment we entered, things felt off — the beds were dirty, the sofas were torn, and the kitchen was in a complete mess with cockroaches and spider webs. It honestly didn’t feel safe or hygienic.One of my friends even got hurt because the pool stairs were broken, and to top it off, the fridge still had someone else's leftover food. We didn’t even get electricity till 7:30 PM, which just made things worse.The entire place clearly needs major repairs and maintenance. It looks neglected and definitely doesn’t match the pictures or expectations. Would not recommend this stay to anyone.

We booked SG Villa, 2BHK with a Pool, but in a very bad condition. Nothing is clean, there were insects and Kitchen was messy. Bedsheet also had bugs, pool was okay but then electricity was a major issue. But this wasn't the worst part.... The owner/bookie asked for a feedback on WhatsApp and when we told abt our experience, he blamed us for booking a smaller Bunglow and was obnoxious.... We were 4 what was he expecting that we book a 6BHK ?
